• Use papers and marking material only where you have permission.
• Upload only work you are authorised to process.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, job or data.
• Do not use the service to make an automated high-stakes decision.

Educational limitation

Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Users remain responsible for checking important marking decisions against authorised source material and qualified professional judgement. Maiths is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson Edexcel.

Accounts and availability

Users are responsible for accurate account information and reasonable credential security. Features, paper availability and access limits may change. Planned downtime, provider failure or an unsafe request may prevent a marking job from completing.

Uploaded material

Users retain their rights in uploaded work and grant only the permission needed to process the request and operate the service. Users must not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy or confidentiality obligations.

Material changes should be dated on this page. Use the contact form for a terms question. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
